TRAIN AND RACE WITH POWER


Affordable Power Based Coaching - $175/month
This is a great value for the athlete that knows power based training and coaching will elevate their potential.
  • Weekly Power Data Review in association with Training Peaks
  • Two to four contact hours per week, phone or email, for questions, adjustments, etc...
  • One – On the bike meeting per month, up to 2 hours; bike skills, technique, etc...
Premium Power Based Coaching - $275/month
Utilizing your daily power files and extensive coach-athlete communication, I will custom tailor each month block of your training. Harnessing all of Tucson Endurance Performance Center's tools, we'll make sure you hit the start line poised for your best performances ever.
  • Daily Power Data Review in association with Training Peaks
  • Unlimited contact hours
  • Two – On the bike meetings per month, up to 2 hours; bike skills, technique, etc...
Initial Athlete Setup Fee - $150
  • Initial coaching consultation; review of previous training & power data.
  • Baseline Testing to set wattage & heart rate zones for power based training
    • Testing conducted at TEPC with Computrainers; Maximal Aerobic Power and Threshold test data will be used to tailor plans and project goals.
